Byron has worked in fundraising for close to 15 years, developing extensive experience across frontline acquisition, team leadership, recruitment, training and performance management. He understands that a sustainable campaign is built through thousands of respectful public conversations, supported by consistent coaching and clear standards.

At Veltrion, Byron leads fundraising and sales operations. He is responsible for field capability, leadership rhythms, campaign performance and the development of teams that can represent each cause with confidence and care.

His contribution is grounded in lived field experience. Byron works closely with fundraisers and team leaders to turn expectations into practical habits, strengthen culture and maintain the balance between commercial performance and supporter quality.
